01 How to Log In to Your CLY888 Account

Logging in to your CLY888 account is a quick, simple, and secure process. Whether you're using a web browser on your laptop or the mobile app on your smartphone, the entire process takes no more than a few seconds. Here is a complete guide to ensure you can access your account without any issues.

First, go to the CLY888 login page or launch the CLY888 app already installed on your device. On the login page, you will see two login options — using your registered phone number or using the username you chose during registration. Select whichever method you remember accurately.

After selecting your login method, enter your phone number or username in the first field, followed by your password in the second field. Make sure your password is entered correctly — CLY888 is case-sensitive for passwords. If you are using a personal device not shared with anyone, you may tick the "Remember Me" option for easier login next time.

If your account has two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you will be prompted to enter an OTP code sent to your registered phone number after your password is verified. This code is valid for 60 seconds only, so make sure you enter it promptly. Once all these steps are complete, you will be directed straight to your CLY888 account dashboard.

For cly888 app users, there is an additional option to log in using biometric authentication — fingerprint or face recognition — if your device supports this feature. Enable this option in the app settings for a faster and more secure login experience.

02 Resolving Common Login Issues

Occasionally, you may encounter some difficulty when trying to log in to your CLY888 account. This is common and almost all login issues can be resolved easily. Below are the most frequently reported problems and how to fix them.

• Password not accepted. Make sure Caps Lock is off and that you are using the correct capitalisation. Try typing your password slowly and check each character. If it still does not work, use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password via your registered phone number.
• OTP code not received. OTP codes typically arrive within seconds. If you have not received one after 60 seconds, check that your phone has a good signal and sufficient SMS inbox space. You can request a new OTP by clicking the "Resend" link on the verification screen.
• Account temporarily locked. After several consecutive failed login attempts, CLY888's security system will temporarily lock your account as a protective measure. Wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact customer support to unlock your account immediately.
• Login page is not loading. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or use a different browser. You can also try the CLY888 app as an alternative if you are experiencing issues with the web version.
• Forgot username. Use your registered phone number as an alternative login option. If you are unsure which phone number is linked to your account, contact the CLY888 support team with your identification details for assistance.

03 CLY888 Account Security Best Practices

The security of your CLY888 account is a shared responsibility. On our end, CLY888 employs internationally certified security infrastructure to protect every account. That said, there are a few simple practices you can follow to keep your account safe at all times.

The most fundamental step — use a strong and unique password for your CLY888 account. A secure password contains at least eight characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols. Avoid using your date of birth, your own name, or simple number sequences that others can easily guess.

Another important step that is highly recommended is enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). With 2FA active, even if someone manages to obtain your password, they still cannot log in without the OTP code sent to your registered phone number. This is a highly effective additional layer of protection.

• Never share your password or OTP with anyone, including individuals claiming to be CLY888 staff. Our support team will never ask for your password.
• Always log out of your account after you finish playing, especially when using a device shared with family members or friends.
• Monitor your transaction notifications regularly. CLY888 sends a notification for every deposit and withdrawal — if you receive a notification for a transaction you did not make, contact support immediately.
• Avoid logging in to your CLY888 account over unsecured public Wi-Fi. Use mobile data or a trusted VPN if you must use public Wi-Fi.
• Update your account password at least once every three months as a good security practice.

04 Login via the CLY888 Mobile App

The CLY888 mobile app offers a faster, easier, and more secure login experience compared to the web version. Available as a free download on Android and iOS, the app is designed to ensure you can access your account and play your favourite games anytime, anywhere.

Once the CLY888 app is installed on your device, your first login requires you to enter your account credentials as usual. After that, you can enable biometric login — either fingerprint or Face ID — depending on your device's support. With this feature, you simply touch the fingerprint sensor or look at the camera to log in in under two seconds.

The CLY888 App also securely saves your login session, meaning you won't need to re-enter your password every time you open the app. However, sessions will automatically expire after a set period of inactivity as a security measure, ensuring your account stays protected even if your phone is left unattended.

To download the cly888 app, visit the Download page on this website and follow the installation instructions for your Android or iOS device. The installation process takes less than two minutes and the app is designed to run smoothly on the latest smartphones as well as older models still running earlier operating systems.
